This batting is great for machine quilters. Heirloom cotton batting shrinks about 3-5%. It is very clean cotton mixed with 20% polyester, lightly needlepunched and lightly resonated. The result is a dream batting for the quilter.
Cost per yard equals $7.92.
I am happy to use the batting of your choice to complete my longarm quilting services. Consider the type of batting used to optimize your choice of longarm quilting designs. If it does not come in original packaging, please identify type and brand. Please make sure it is clean and is at least 8 inches longer than your quilt top length.
Please provide backing material that is at least 8" wider and 8" longer than your quilt top. If you use 2 pieces of material for backing, please use 5/8" seam and press the seam open.
Pricing is based on number of shirts in design
To calculate cost: Multiple the number of shirts you want to use by $10.
Example: If you have 10 shirts, you will multiply 10 x $10 for a cost of $100. Minimum block size will be 10 inches and maximum will be 15 inches. This price includes all materials and labor necessary to turn your shirts into a completed quilt.
Shirts should be marked to reflect the side to use in quilt. You can use the back and front of the same shirt but each side will cost $10.
I will work with you to decide if you want this feature and if so the color/pattern to be used.
